2. Description of Service

SDKWatch provides automated mobile app compliance tools including:

  • Automatic detection of third-party SDKs in iOS and Android apps
  • GDPR compliance reporting and gap analysis
  • EU AI Act compliance assessment
  • Auto-configuration of consent dialogs
  • SDK inventory management and change tracking

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Provide accurate billing information

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Annual plans include a 14-day refund window.

5. App Submissions

By submitting mobile app binaries for analysis, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the right to analyze the submitted app
  • You will not submit apps belonging to competitors for unauthorized analysis
  • The submission does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit apps you do not have the right to analyze
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the Service

7. Compliance Disclaimer

SDKWatch provides automated compliance analysis as a tool to assist your compliance efforts. Our reports are not legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory compliance. Consult qualified legal counsel for definitive compliance decisions. We are not responsible for regulatory fines or legal consequences arising from your app's compliance status.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its technology, documentation, and SDK detection database are owned by SDKWatch and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your submitted app binaries and derived compliance data.

9. Limitation of Liability

SDKWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed compliance deadlines, regulatory penalties, or inaccurate SDK detection results.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
